I opted for the pork chop. The meat itself was pretty tough, but the bacon onion marmalade certainly helped with the flavor. IMO, Alaska could do themselves and their cleaners a favor by not including things like peas that you have to chase around and potentially drop in the floor of the cabin. Not saying I actually did such a thing, but... 😜

Dessert was some sort of lemon custard in a shortbread crust with a raspberry coulis. Overall everything was pretty tasty.

Warm nuts were served with the meal. Flight attendant kept the drinks coming.
