My family of 5 was connecting via YYC last week and our already tight (55 min) connection was reduced to 25 mins because of our delayed first leg. I don't know YYC very well and my home Concierge team figured as much since they knew I rarely went there pre pandemic. They had the YYC concierge meet us and get us to our flight which I have to say was not close at all to our arriving gate. They even had asked baggage to do their best to make sure all our luggage made it, and it did.

I'm not a big concierge user, but this was super helpful and proactive of them. We really appreciated it.
