I'm an FT regular, normally on the BA Forum but I will post this on the Air France forum too, and no others because I know how badly some people react to multiple forum postings!

I just wanted to ask those of you that know Paris well. I am planning to propose to my girlfriend on an upcoming visit there over Xmas time and whilst the final decision will be mine of course, I did wonder whether anyone here could think of a place that would be particularly special to ask her!!???
