LOL I just had the same problem last night! If you can delete your first name, the site will autodelete the rest of the fields. But the best way to do it is add in a companion first. Hard to find, it's hidden under Reservation Preferences! I don't know why these airlines (looking at you UA) redid their sites to only have 3 links per page. It is impossible to find what you need or more importantly, find out the site doesn't have what you need!
