Looks like the COVID check-in attestation was recently reduced to 5 days post-symptoms or positive test. I had assumed this was the case in accordance with CDC's recent policy revisions, but couldn't find it anywhere in writing, so thought it might be helpful to post a screenshot of the updated check-in verbiage here:
