They are telling me we only get $100 total for the baggage delay. I pushed back, but they are still insisting they only provide $50 for each passenger. I tried to argue that their policy states a "daily" $50, but they are being unreasonable. Now they want me to give them my bank account number to deposit $100. This was a 38 hour delay, so "daily" should be interpreted as two days...38 hours > 24 hours.
