As above, the phone trees differ with regard to when the centers are open or closed. Sort of makes sense, but a recording of "I'm sorry our centers are currently closed... the hours are x to x" in reponse to pressing the "speak to a rep" key would have been less frustrating.

As I hate long phone trees, I gave up on the 1-800 numbers for the NA BAEC. member services. Regardless of location I use the "Calling from outside the US or Canada" number:


1-763-591-9731
Monday-Friday 7am-7pm CST

When the center is open, the phone tree seems shorter and includes a much clear option to speak with a rep.

I should probably check this from time to time because as the lovely voice usually says, "Please listen carefully as we have changed our menus..."


..and I really like that voice...

Anyone know who it is?

The beloved Mrs. Scibard really needs to return from her travels soon.
