Personally, I think FFD is a smart concept.

It’s not really $350 for a bowl of soup. It’s the premium ground service overall, plus the exclusivity of such a private space, especially in COVID times.

The drinks are at least a slight upgrade in some cases and a significant upgrade in others compared to the Flagship Lounge offerings. The personalized service and ability to spread out is a huge upgrade compared to the FL and certainly the AC.
