For what it's worth, I've just overcome this issue by completing another SptH application by adding a 0 in front of my passport number (all other details exactly the same) and I received a new QR code and email and the email didn't have any paragraph telling me I shouldn't travel. I guess it must be some random software code in their system that sends out that advice without cause from time to time.

Flying out tomorrow so will post how it went on arrival in Spain once I'm there.
PhilJman24 we are also flying to Barcelona and transiting through Lisbon (EWR-LIS-BCN).
How did you know to add a zero in front of your passport number to make the "we advise you not to travel" to go away?
Did you start a completely new Spain Health Form or were you able to edit the one you already did?
How long prior to your trip did you fill out the form? I see that it must be completed within 48 hours but how far in advance can you start it?
MarkCron how far did you get filling out your form before you realized it couldn't be completed until 48 hours before?
Thank you all!
