I'm not sure what you mean when you say that you "paid for my reservation using my CSP card." Was this a prepaid rental rate? If not, you did not pay for anything when you made the reservation, even if your CSP card was in your rental profile.
If you did not initiate the rental with the CSP card, then you should not expect any coverage from that card for damage incurred during the rental.
