It's really a bug for ITA..that it doesn't show the lowest all in fare (T class) for SK.. even though BF is higher.
Also it's quite stupid and weird for SK to put double the YQ for a promo fare L class with almost same FR (then why bother with promo BF fare..if it's more expensive than regular fare T class).
Luckily OTAs aren't making the same mistake as ITA and promptly display the cheapest all in fare for SK..which is in T class. What's most wierd of all, is that ITA will indeed show the T class fare, if you specifically code for it.
