I wish [crew member name redacted] would deliver the service she promises on her Instagram account.
She was the manager on board a flight I took and I can honestly say the service was shocking. Half the time was spent visibly taking selfie’s in the empty first class cabin. It would seem her focus would be her content on her social media as opposed to following safety and service procedures.
Shame BA doesn’t ask staff to follow social media guidelines.
