Unfortunately it's not looking quite so rosy in my case. I didn't even get the option for a callback the two times I tried calling in (first attempt got disconnected after 3 hours of hold time, this attempt I'm at 1 hour now and waiting), and I was busy with something when the cancellation was made official so I couldn't call right away.
