You'll likely get the vehicle you booked. Convertibles are not uncommon in LA and they can always pull one from LAX's fleet if they are short. We'd actually advise NOT calling them because then it gives them an easy out to say they don't have one. It's much harder to say no to an upset customer standing in front of you when they know that LAX, which is 5 minutes away, is teeming with them.
