I know this is a bit of a long shot, but.....

I will be arriving in SFO on 3rd March and will have attained 'Silver'. On the 4th March I'm flying on AS to LAS in First (D) class.

I know I will be able to access the AS lounge but would I be able to access the BA lounge? Not being familiar with SFO, is it even feasible to go to the BA lounge and walk to my AS Terminal 2 gate?
