I need some help as BA don’t seem to know themselves.

I had a flight booked in economy which I used avios to upgrade to club europe. I subsequently requested a FTV which I got (a 125-xxx voucher). I rang BA to use it and was told exec club had to do it & was put through to them. They told me it was sales who looked after it & was transferred back. After an hour on hold I gave up. This morning I rang again & got the exact same run around. I’ve now spoken to 5 people but still can’t make a simple DUB-LHR booking

Who do I actually talk to?
