As per the above - I'll be flying from RUH to DXB next week but planning on not leaving DXB (Terminal 1) before my onward flight to LHR with BA in the early morning. Does anyone know if I need a PCR to enter DXB even though I'll technically be transiting (although on separate tickets)? I guess if I check luggage this might cause an issue as I would have to exit passport control and re-enter...
