I was about to book this property for a weekend stay in February, but they are charging close to 200€/night, which is more or less double the boutique properties in the same range, and since February weekends are not exactly peak season in southern Italy, I really don't want to overpay, so most likely I'll be opting for an independent property.

I am curious, though - what is it that enables this hotel to charge what are basically Milanese prices even in off-peak periods?
