The QR stickers have been breaking fairly consistently for me lately. For one test, both the primary and backup sticker broke. I was able to salvage the 2nd sticker by putting it on top of the 1st sticker, as the only missing piece was the corner. However, it did not consistently scan from all angles.
I'm sure it's by design to deter forgery of test results, but they sure are difficult to handle, especially if one didn't know how fragile they are. My first time, one of the labels arrived damaged and I was barely able to place the pieces of the alternate label in the right place to scan. Now I'm super careful handling them.
