On hold now. My upgrade to J cleared and the J seat map is missing all seats on the right side of the aircraft......though AC IT would have had this fixed by now. So I wait, wait......may have to drive home on hold listening to this music.
The formatting is messed up, but all of the seats should be selectable (the K seats are just on the next line where the A seat should be or something like that), and you shouldn't need to wait on hold to sort this out.
