The phone and QR code for me was an issue. Not sure why on my phone the back camera did not work, so balancing the front camera on the phone was a pain. I will cut the QR code on my next test and not risk having the QR code shred. The process is easy if the tech works. I was frustrated when I did my test between use of a laptop and phone. I have one use under my belt so I know what to expect the next time, but those numbers and chat are always busy.
