I have a fairly urgent situation with an award flight in 2 days time that needs to be changed ASAP due to a positive COVID test but the call center won't even accept holds.
What options do I have to get this sorted? I'm in isolation in Ankara, Turkey if that is of any relevance but have access to VOIP calling as needed.
A few options I guess:
- Keep trying
- Send AC a DM on Twitter
- Email them
- Ask someone with status to call
Worst case scenario ask someone living in an AC hub to go to an AC counter at an airport for you.
