Not just LHR. .Ex-Europe in general. From Canada, people buy Latitude for upgrading at time of reservation. Not much of that the other way. So now that there are lower fares which are fully refundable, for most pople there is not much extra value in Latiude. Except for phase-shifted Canadians. :-)
