I was wondering if people here have recent experience with airlines checking weight for in cabin pets.

I have flown with my 21 lb dog twice. Technically, she's overweight by 1 pound since the limit is 20lbs. Both times, nobody stopped to check her weight. But I figure twice is not a big enough sample size to know how likely we would get stopped in the future.

From what I could tell, it seems like getting checked doesn't happen often, if it all.
