You need to search segment by segment under awards. There is a huge banner/warning on EF (in red I think) saying this.

The upgrade system went a little bit haywire the past few days, could be some residual noise from those issues. AFAIK there have been no changes to EF or anything else, using the award and upgrade search at EF should return the correct results.
