Please take note of the following U.S. Postal Service Rates:

Priority Mail - Minimum Fee up to and including sixteen ounces (one pound) $3.85

Delivery Confirmation - Additional $0.45

Total = $4.30

You can print out the Priority Mail Shipping Label and download a Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number from the Postal Service's website at www.usps.com and there will be no additional charge for the Delivery Confirmation bringing the charge back down to $3.85.

I was looking for some sort of proof of delivery of the Jaguar Test Drive Certificate so that I could further insure eventual posting of the 10,000 miles to my British Airways North America Executive Club Account.

First Class Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested came to high four dollars and change.

For my money, Priority Mail with online Signature Confirmation for a combined total of $5.15 seemed the best way to go. The Postal Service's website will maintain the tracking and signature information, online, for one year and this will aid in documenting submission of the Test Drive Certificate should the miles not post six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the submission period ends on March 31, 2003.

Even "PuddingGuy" paid more than $5.15 for 10,000 miles when he purchased all of that product last year in his world famous mileage coup.
