So I flew British Airways AMS-LHR-LAX on AA ticket stock mid December.
AA flight numbers as well (codeshare). Fare class was full Y.

Miles did not post to my AS account, I submitted a missing miles request after 2 weeks. And it now says status: "Declined:
Codeshare flight".

How can I go about fixing this? These miles will bring me over the MVP threshold.
AA flight beginning of Januari already posted, but obviously without the elite bonus, if this is resolved, would they also credit the elite bonus for the januari flight?
