Transfers are not included. Lunch is included on day of departure or day of arrival (i.e. 3 meals per night booked). Yes re activities on afternoon of arrival day and morning of departure day – it’s 2 activities per night booked (you can do more for an additional fee).

e.g. if you stay 1 night, you can have either lunch and dinner on day of arrival + breakfast the next morning. Or dinner on day of arrival + breakfast and lunch the next day. Plus two activities per night booked at any time (e.g. camel ride at sunset on day of arrival + falconing the next morning).
