Westjet changed the flights on a booking and the schedule does not work for us. On the notification email from Westjet it says "You also have the option to cancel your reservation and request a refund." When I click on this it takes me to the standard cancel online and the only option is to accept a Travel Credit.
If this is a Westjet flight change, should we not be able to get a refund to form of payment.
I can't find anything on the Westjet site.
Any tips?
