The card costs $95 per year I believe. You can stay at virtually any eligible Hyatt hotel in the US - even a Category 1 or 2 - and get $95 of value. But I guess you didn't in 2021 and don't think you will in the future...

But if the expiry of your free night bothers you so much that you don't want the credit card, why care about your elite status at a chain you have decided doesn't interest you any more?
I ended up with 2 free nights with IHG and 6 free nights with Hyatt that were expiring in 12/2021 and this month. Because of this covid situation, I reluctantly have used most of them locally but still have 2 more stays this month. I like to keep elite status for the 2 stays.
