Ended up using E35 to get an agent.
Try P25, 1st five times went nowhere; got the cut-off msg after entering account # and PW.
Next 2 times using P25, connected and was hearing holding music.
Both times disconnected because of the Errorplan IT issues.
Afterwards had no luck with P25 reconnecting again, seems there were too many E35-SE100 in queue.
So went with the E35 and that did the trick.
I was doing a voluntary change with the rebooking policy, not an INVOL/SKED CHG situation
As
Adam Smith said on the improvement/suggestion thread, 7am Eastern or Midnight is likeliest the shortest wait.
Again results might varied!
