Oh sorry, I was talking about applying for the Authorized user cards.
Once you have received the cards, you then go to the sign-up page for Priority Pass, enter the card number, and then you can enter your relatives addresses anywhere in the world, so the priority pass card would be sent directly to them in Canada.
