etc. were not broken................... they are now.
On claiming Avios, yes, problem with VY but also the Origin and Destination fields are not working properly.....
it is a COMPLETE disaster right now. I often have multi leg tickets with sectors that I like to credit to IB and others to LH. To avoid confusion I encountered in the past (many times - for example Latam is a partner of both airlines) I used to retro-credit all legs afterwards. Right now it is downright impossible. E-mails to @iberia.es remain unanswered. Everything has been broken since they "redesigned and improved" website launched last May.
I really hope they can fix it soon. And to the OP - even if you passed the step and the website accepted VY, you wouldn't be able to fulfill your route as
ndwint says.
