Nice potential clickbait article title but the "savvy" part is quite debatable. That someone found a cheaper way to achieve EXP status (worse yet,
EXPLite status) doesn't mean that the value of that status isn't still less than the cost of all those bonsai trees.
The participants in the bonsai banzai are still shelling out real money for something of dubious value.
