Hyatt Regency Indian Wells:

I stayed a couple of times before Christmas.
no upgrade either time for FHR and I am fine with that, but not excited since it was not mentioned to me the first time and was not offered the 2nd time when my P2 asked the availablility.
$100 property credit for food (the first night parking was reimbursed but charged some extra later, I did not ask it back)
4pm check out.
I had breakfast, lunch, dinner, they were good, not spectacular, but good enough for our family.
They did waive the resort fee for me due to the slides maintenance but I wish it was working. The lazy river was also not heated. since both my kids are swimmers, they were ok with the temperature but they definetely would prefer a heated lazy river.
The adult pool was excellent for me and wife.
