Third rental at Alamo SAN in 2021 over the Christmas holiday. This time it was for a week in a full size vehicle. Slim pickings in this category. I was offered either a loaded (but 45k mile) Ford Fusion or a newer base Hyundai Sonata or I could upgrade for free to a Jeep SUV (didn't know what model, but looked smallish). I took the older Ford Fusion as it had leather seats, sun roof, etc. which was better suited to our preferences. No issues whatsoever. Worked with the same person upstairs (Eric?) and everyone was friendly along the way. Alamo was not the cheapest, but I keep going back since they treat me with professionalism.
