No, not a Household Account (although I could set one up if needed). I did add the pax traveling to the Travel Companions list, and I can select them from the dropdown menu for the 2nd person, but the first one is still fixed as the account holder even if I select "no" for "is the payment card holder traveling." The reward flights I'm trying to book are on AA, not sure if that makes a difference.
