There are not many non-schengen flights arriving around that time. The wide body flights operated by Ethiad, Emirates and Qatar all arrive between 12pm and 1pm, i.e. about two hours earlier. There might be a Turkish flight and one by ChAir from Kosovo, but even they are a bit earlier.

Anyhow, if you miss the train in Switzerland, it’s not the end of the world, because most connections are operating every 30 minutes and even the Postauto to remote villages every hour. Just make sure not to buy a non-flexible train ticket online before departing LCY.
I know the next train is 1 hour later, and I always buy a Saver Day Pass because it's very good value given the flexibility. It's just that it's a long-ish journey so if all goes to plan I will get there at 7pm. An extra hour isn't much but it does make quite a difference. Still, I'm happy I can travel again
