The word in question is within a hyperlink to BA's magazine for the airline's passengers, High Life. The story in High Life - which is an interview with an Irish actress - does not contain the abbreviated word for inspiration.
My inbox has a lot of emails from travel companies and many other sources. I have had only three emails in total that use this term. The other two are nearly identical emails originating from Avanti West Coast, the railway company, on 3 and 6 December 2021, and that is an even more egregious example, in my view.
