There are airline requirements and government regulations. You need to ensure you meet both.

Most airlines make it clear, however I note EK and QR have not stipulated what Covid recovered pax are expected do.

Is it reasonable to assume QR don’t have any stipulation other than the govt’s rules that you’re travelling to? I would still want this in writing.
