Most domestic routes have fully refundable fares (no fee for refund) going all the way down to K class these days. These generally have a $30-$50 each-way upcharge from the non-refundable equivalent fare filings. DL/AA often have same refundable fare filings on routes. It's a recent development during Covid, now that non-refundable main cabin fares have no change fees, to market refundable fares with more reasonable pricing.
The refundable fares down to the lower fare buckets were available on a smaller set of routes even pre-covid (SFO-LAS was one of them), but yeah they are pretty widespread now.
