Talk about rolling the dice with health and safety. When the two options are either uncooked fish or egg salad.

The egg salad sandwich was the other breakfast option on a flight I had about a week ago. I chose the turkey and swiss sandwich instead. But you're right, it would be nice to have a cold brekfast that actually resembled something one would eat for breakfast. It would be even better if that cold breakfast was actually hot.
