GE annd Nexus are mutually exclusive - you can have either one or the other, and not both. Standalone TSAPre is entirely separate - a TSAPre standalone membership has a separate KTN than ones for GE/Nexus and you can have TSAPre KTN - and - another KTN without issue.
For any flight, use whichever KTN achieves your objective - use of the precheck security line.
