Apparently an e-mail was sent out but since I used "throw away" e-mails for their accounts I never checked them. I do not think it is right that during a pandemic and Copa is not flying that they would allow miles to expire. Very low class and annoying. Sent a few e-mails and so far they stand by their decision.
Not impressed with other issues of Copa but best for a different thread.
Dont use throwaway emails for important things.
