Inventory is zero'ed out -- no seats for cash or award sells but still on the schedule. The same for the 21st but 19th and earlier and the 23rd and later have inventory
This could mean
-- a "group" has brought out the rest of the flight (groups trend not to get seat assignments ahead of time)
-- UA is considering, but not yet decided, a cancellation for those two days

On the 22nd there is a latter MSP-IAH, UA 6017, at 3:47PM you could be rebooked to when plenty of availablity.
If you original UA6043 is formally cancelled, you can ask to be rebooked to UA6017, but until formally cancelled UA may decline the change (unless award space exists today)
Unfortunately this is a wait and monitor situation
