What are the dates of your flights? Without that I don't know how anyone can help you. Also, your profile doesn't list any elite status. It's possible that one or more of the flights you are looking for is no longer available for award tickets and/or revenue tickets (aka sold out). It's also possible they have cancelled one of the flights. But without details we can't help.

1/22/22 MSP- IAH 1:56 pm-5:00pm UA6043, layover to 1/23 IAH-ACA 10:12am-12:55pm this was ticketed as MSP-IAH-ACA all at once
2nd leg is still showing up - was just concerned that I still can't see the first leg (MSP-IAH)

No status - just booked a saver award ticket using UR points transferred and also applied/approved for Explorer Card.
