What are the dates of your flights? Without that I don't know how anyone can help you. Also, your profile doesn't list any elite status. It's possible that one or more of the flights you are looking for is no longer available for award tickets and/or revenue tickets (aka sold out). It's also possible they have cancelled one of the flights. But without details we can't help.
