We arrived in the morning just before NY - demobbed by row which went ok however there were a number of flight arrivals joined together at the train which takes you to the main part of the terminal - about half an hour wait here. Once off the train, there is a 5 minute walk downstairs to the PCR test centre - about half hour queue to get into a booth and tested - then upstairs to passport and baggage and of course stop off at DF. Overall i would say once off the plane to leaving the terminal about 1 1/2 hours. No wait for the suitcases as they were off and lying at the side.
