The queuing system for the Online Chat seems broken. It tells that that I should try again during normal business hours (it's currently 2pm in the UK) and then says "I’m sorry, I can’t help with this – and all of our live customer support experts are busy at the moment. If you wait a few minutes and type ‘speak to an agent’ – I can put you through as soon as someone becomes available."
Isn't that the whole point of the queuing system? Shouldn't it put me in a queue and let me know when someone is available to assist me?
