I've had same day PCR tests (results by 11:59pm) from Randox and Collinson. Results back in 3-4hrs from a 7:30am or so test.

My lateral flow tests with Collinson were around £30 at St. Pancras. 20-45 mins for results and used without an issue to go to the US.
